If a company is promising to make an offer in a matter of minutes, it’s likely they are doing so over the phone without seeing the property. Once they have your house under contract they’ll schedule an inspection and often times try to renegotiate the price way down from their original offer. It’s unfortunate, but it’s how a lot of companies do business.
